Many of Horizons' clients require multiple services and that by viewing each of our clients in a holistic manner we are able to provide services that assist them with their emotional, physical, and mental needs. It is not uncommon for families who require child welfare service to also have a strong need for financial counseling and those who have older family members who could benefit from the home delivered meals program. Horizons vision is to build community strength, one person at a time.
